Irene developed a strong health and fitness background, owning and running Kicks Gym in Prahran for 15 years. Irene then became involved in the introduction and pioneering of Clinical Pilates.

Irene worked for many years assisting in the teaching of the integration of clinical Pilates, into treatment and rehabilitation for patients. Irene has worked with elite athletes , including AFL teams, and peopled involved with performing arts , MSO , MTC and a wide range of artists.

Irene has now worked at the Centre for Musculoskeletal Medicine for over 5 years, bringing her training and experience, and passion for helping patients have better treatment outcomes, through clinically tailored exercise programs.
